Corporate Sponsorship

Our corporate sponsorship program is designed to allow businesses and corporations to make tax-deductible donations to support the Foundation. Depending on the amount of the donation, we provide the sponsor with different benefits to acknowledge their support.

For corporate sponsors, the team registration form(s) and donation must be received by May 26. We may accept sponsorship donations after that date, but we may not be able to provide the full set of benefits without sufficient time to process the sponsorship information.You can download the appropriate forms by clicking on the links below:

Event Sponsor: $5,000

	Two foursomes for day of golf
	Cover page acknowledgement in Event Program
	Sponsorship banner with company name and logo

Platinum Sponsor: $2,500

	Two foursomes for day of golf
	Company name and logo in featured full-page ad in Event Program
	One hole sign with company name and logo

Gold Sponsor: $1,500

	One foursome for day of golf
	Company name and logo in full-page ad in Event Program
	One hole sign with company name and logo

Silver Sponsor: $600

	Entrance fees for one golfer
	Company name and logo in ad in Event Program
	One hole sign with company name and logo

Patron Golfer: $350

	Entrance fees for one golfer
	Listing in Event Program
